Summary of Work
The successful candidate will join a team of four experienced communications professionals who enjoy mentoring and supporting new communicators!
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with writing and creating surveys for internal website

Post on internal website (SharePoint)

Maintain media email list and distribute media releases

Assist with emergency communications
-
Facilitate webinars by scheduling with speakers, sending MailChimp notifications, running webinars on GoTo Webinar

Assist with writing external communications for BND as assigned. This may include but is not limited to social media, emails, website posts, stories for annual report and other Bank reports

Proofreading for team

Provide basic graphic design backup
- Monitor general BND email inbox

Assist with BND special events
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a communication-related field. The successful candidate may be a new graduate or someone with up to four years of experience. Must have skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Premier.
