The Franklin County Auditor’s Office is seeking a Public Informaon Specialist to join the
Communicaons team.

Our mission is to protect and empower consumers, making sure they receive what they righully pay for at gas pumps and retail store scanners. What will you do?
Provides professional, thorough, and consistent constuent service over the phone to residents and businesses who contact the Office; Monitors relevant mail and e-mail to provide prompt and efficient responses to both internal and external customers; serves as a public-facing representave of the Franklin
County Auditor’s Office.
Assists other departments within the office as required (e.g., data entry, filing, stuffing envelopes, etc.); completes projects as assigned; supports and works collaboravely with coworkers; sets, pursues, and achieves goals and objecves.

GED); one (1) or more years of related experience and/or training; or any combinaon of training, educaon, or experience which provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilies to perform the essenal funcons of this posion.
